Our Shelter is Temporarily Closed to the
Public due to COVID-19
Please do not come to the shelter unless you have a
pre-booked appointment

if you’re looking to adopt please monitor there until we’re able
to re-open.
In light of Government and NHS guidelines, we have had to temporarily close the shelter to the general public. The landline number will not be answered. We will keep you all updated as and when we know more and we will continue to work within Government guidelines and restrictions, in the meantime all the cats will continue to be cared for.
To our volunteers: those authorised volunteers who volunteer at the rescue in the week and those on the weekend rotas may still undertake needed activity at the shelter but must strictly keep 2 meter distance at all times and please do not bring friends or family with you. Please do not come to the rescue if you are in an at risk group or are required to self isolate, or are in anyway concerned.
Any questions please contact: enquiries@straycatrescue.org.uk

Thank you to all our supporters:
A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your response to our appeal for monetary donations, cat food donations via our wishlist and donation box at Sainsbury’s Dunstable has helped us to feed all the cats in our care. Along with online sales, other donations and grants we have been able to raise around £10,000 which will hopefully keep us going over the summer and into the autumn. We couldn’t have done this without you.
Thank you – The SCR Team
